Most shelters will put down a dog that has bit a human. That is pretty much standard. Bite a person, bite the dust. It is understandable since there are so many dogs that need homes and ones that are possibly a danger to people are an easy option to cut down the numbers, but what about a tiny dog? My boyfriend and I are adopting an 8-week-old kitten. Well, he'll be ten weeks when he is ready to leave his foster mom.
